Faucet Repair in Vail
Drips fixed, new faucets fitted
A dripping faucet is not a small leak
Faucet repair and installation in Vail.
One drip per second is roughly three thousand gallons a year. On a Tucson water bill that adds up, and the constant wetting is what stains the sink and swells the cabinet underneath.
Most drips are a worn cartridge or seat and take one visit. If you have picked out a new faucet we will fit it, including the supply lines and shutoff valves, which on older homes are usually the part that actually fails during a swap.

FAQs
Faucet Repair questions we get asked
Is it cheaper to repair or replace a faucet?
Repair, if the faucet is a decent brand and the body is sound. A cartridge is an inexpensive part.
Replacement makes more sense when the finish is failing, the fixture is very old and parts are no longer made, or you want a different look anyway.
Can I supply my own faucet?
Yes, and plenty of customers do. Buy the fixture you want and we will install it.
One thing to check before you buy: the number of holes in your sink or countertop, since that limits which faucets will fit.
Why is the water pressure low at just one faucet?
Almost always a clogged aerator or a partly closed shutoff valve, both of which are quick fixes.
If pressure is low at every fixture in the house, that is a different problem and worth looking at the main line or pressure regulator.
My outdoor spigot drips. Does that matter?
Yes, more than an indoor one. An outdoor hose bibb that drips can wet the wall behind it, and a frost-damaged one can split and leak inside the wall without you seeing it.
They are inexpensive to replace.
