A Tucson plumber who turns up and finishes the job

Licensed, bonded, insured, and backflow certified. ROC #352763.

We handle everything from a dripping faucet to a whole-house repipe, and we treat both the same way: work out what is actually wrong, tell you what it costs, then fix it properly the first time. No upselling you a replacement when a part will do, and no vanishing halfway through a job. Most of our work comes from customers who called us back or told a neighbor about us.

FAQs

Transparency from day one

Do you charge for a quote?

No. We will look at the problem and tell you what it costs before any work starts.

You will know what the job costs before anyone starts on it.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so burst pipes, sewer backups, gas leaks, and no-water situations get a real person on the phone whatever time it is.

If you smell gas, leave the property and call your gas utility first. Then call us.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Problem Solved Plumbing LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured in Arizona under ROC #352763, and we are backflow certified.

Anyone quoting you plumbing work should be able to give you a license number. It is worth checking.

What areas do you cover?

Tucson and the surrounding towns: Marana, Oro Valley, Green Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, SaddleBrooke, Catalina, and Picture Rocks.

If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.

How soon can you come out?

For anything urgent, usually the same day. We keep room in the schedule for stoppages, leaks, and no hot water.

Scheduled work like a remodel rough-in or a repipe gets booked for a date that suits your project.

Will you tell me if something does not need fixing?

Yes, and we would rather do that than sell you work you do not need.

If a repair buys you very little because the unit is at the end of its life, we will say so. If the thing you called about is fine and the real problem is elsewhere, we will show you what we found.

What payment do you take?

All major credit cards.

Tell us what is going wrong and we will give you a straight answer on what it takes to put it right.
