Slow drains rarely fix themselves

Same-day drain service across Tucson.

A drain that gurgles or empties slowly is telling you something is building up further down the line. We clear the blockage properly rather than pushing it along, then check what caused it so the same clog does not come back in a month.

Older Tucson homes often have cast iron or clay sewer lines that crack, sag, or fill with root growth. If the clog is a symptom of a damaged line, we will tell you that up front and show you what we found instead of selling you a repeat visit.

FAQs

Drain Cleaning questions we get asked

Can you clear a drain the same day?

In most cases yes. Drain stoppages are the one thing that cannot wait, so we keep room in the schedule for them.

Call us and we will tell you honestly what time we can be there.

Why does the same drain keep blocking?

A drain that backs up again within weeks usually has a problem in the line itself: a sag holding water, a crack letting roots in, or years of grease narrowing the pipe.

Clearing it again treats the symptom. We will tell you what we think is going on and what it would take to fix properly.

Will a store-bought drain cleaner work?

It sometimes clears a light soap or hair clog. It will not touch roots, grease, or a broken pipe, and repeated use corrodes older metal drain lines from the inside.

If a bottle has not worked after one try, the problem is further down than it can reach.

Can a clog damage the pipe?

The clog itself will not, but what caused it often already has. Roots get in through a crack, and grease builds up fastest where the pipe has a low spot.

That is why we look at why it blocked rather than just clearing it and leaving.
