A repipe replaces the supply lines through the house in one planned job, usually over a few days, with water back on each evening. We work out the routing to keep drywall cuts to a minimum and we patch what we open.

Whole-House Repipes questions we get asked
How do I know if I need a repipe?
The signs are cumulative: discolored water, falling pressure, and more than one pinhole leak in a year.
Any one of those on its own is a repair. All three together usually means the pipe itself is at the end of its life.
How long does a repipe take?
For a typical single-family home, two to four days.
We restore water each evening, so you are not without it overnight.
Copper or PEX?
Both are good. PEX is faster to install, handles our water chemistry well, and needs fewer wall openings because it can be routed in longer runs.
Copper is the traditional choice and some people prefer it. We will quote either and explain the difference for your house.
Will you repair the drywall?
Yes, we patch the openings we make.
We do not texture-match and repaint the whole room, so plan on painting after. We will tell you up front where the openings will be.
