I think I smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the building, do not touch light switches or anything electrical, and call your gas utility from outside.
They will make the property safe. Once that is done, call us to find and repair the fault.
Do I need a permit for a new gas line?
Yes. Gas line work is permitted and inspected, and we handle that as part of the job.
Unpermitted gas work is a safety problem and a problem at resale, since it shows up in inspection.
Can you run a line to my outdoor grill?
Yes, that is one of the more common requests we get.
We will run the line, fit a shutoff and quick-connect, and pressure test it. No more swapping propane tanks.
Who is licensed to do gas work?
In Arizona it needs a licensed contractor. We are licensed, bonded, and insured under ROC #352763.
