How do I tell if my toilet is leaking?
Put a few drops of food coloring in the tank and leave it an hour without flushing.
If color appears in the bowl, the flapper is leaking and the toilet is refilling itself around the clock.
There is water around the base of my toilet. What is that?
Most likely a failed wax ring, which means waste water is escaping under the toilet every time it flushes.

My toilet clogs constantly. Why?
